1. I do not have a pool key. How do I get one? 

Call Jeannie Gasper at Ross Morgan & Co, Inc at (661) 286-1064 x312. It will require a $50 check (no cash) and a photo ID.       Top

2. Whom do I call if I see a broken sprinkler head on the slopes or a common area?

Call Jeannie Gasper at Ross Morgan & Co, Inc at (661) 286-1064 x312. Jeannie will notify the Landscape Company via a work order and we will have a record as to when the repair is complete.      Top

4. What do I do if there are bushes growing into my yard from the slopes?

Report all landscape issues to Jeannie Gasper at Ross Morgan & Co, Inc at (661) 286-1064 x312. Jeannie will create a work order for the Landscape Contractor.        Top

5. What are the tennis court and pool hours?

Pool Operating Hours are Sunday through Thursday 8:00 am - 10:00 pm, Friday & Saturday 8:00am - 11:00pm. Tennis Court Operating Hours are 7:00 am - 11:00 pm daily. Click here for pool operating rules, regulations and hours and here for tennis court rules and hours.       Top

6. What do I do if I want to paint my house?

Download and fill out the VR Home Improvement and Neighbor Impact Forms by clicking here.  Submit the completed forms to the Management Company and they will forward it to the Architecture Committee. There is a list of approved paint colors available here at the Dunn Edwards website.    Top

7. When are the Board Meetings? 

Every other month on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm at the Vista Hills Clubhouse. Odd months: January, March, May, July, September & November (Note: the November meeting might move due to Thanksgiving).       Top

9. Can I have my dues automatically taken out of my checking account?

Yes! Ross Morgan & Company, Inc. offers a no cost Auto Debit program, which will automatically transfer your dues payment from your checking account on the 5th of each month. In order to take advantage of this program, please follow the directions on the Ross Morgan website www.rossmorganco.com or have the form mailed to you by calling Jeannie Gasper at Ross Morgan & Co, Inc at (661) 286-1064 x312.       Top

10. Does the Association have a Security Company and what do they do?

Security Specialists is the security company contracted by the Vista Ridge HOA to patrol our neighborhood. They can be reached at (800) 463-0444. They will respond to calls from homeowners regarding alleged vandalism, noise etc. on common area property. Security Specialists patrol 7 days a week helping keep our neighborhood safe.  Top

11. Who do I call with CC&R complaints?

12. How do I join one of the committees?

13. I want to add-on to my house. What do I do? 

If you'd like to add on to your home or make any changes requiring architectural review according to the CC&Rs, the first step is to meet with the Architectural Committee to discuss your change.  The Architectural Committee is very interested in working cooperatively with any homeowner while they are still in the thinking stage and before they go to any expense of having an architect draw up plans. Please call Jeannie Gasper at Ross Morgan & Co, Inc at (661) 286-1064 x312 to schedule a time on the AC agenda.  Top

After an initial meeting with the Architectural Committee the second step is to download and complete the VR Home Improvement and Neighbor Impact Forms by clicking here. You may also request one by phone or in writing to Jeannie Gasper at Ross Morgan & Co, Inc at (661) 286-1064 x312, jeannie@rossmorganco.com or Ross Morgan & Company, Inc, 23300 Cinema Drive, Suite 280, Valencia, CA 91355.

Finally, submit the completed form with the appropriate documentation (plans, drawings, photos, neighbor impact statement, etc.) to Jeannie Gasper at Ross Morgan & Company, Inc, 23300 Cinema Drive, Suite 280, Valencia, CA 91355.  She will forward the request to the Architectural Committee for review.  You will receive a response in less than sixty days.         Top
