Architectural Issues

If you are planning any modification to the exterior of your residence that is permanent and/or requires a building permit from the City of Santa Clarita, first you will need approval from the Vista Ridge Homeowners Association Architectural Committee.

The Architectural Committee is dedicated to working cooperatively with homeowners as they consider additions, improvements, and other exterior modifications. Please discuss your project with us before hiring a contractor or architect to draw up plans.  The Architectural Committee and Board meeting dates and locations are published in the VR HOA Newsletter.

Please call Jeannie Gasper at Ross Morgan to schedule a time on the AC agenda.

If you are interested in painting the exterior of your home, you first need to review the list of approved paint colors. The list is available here at the Dunn Edwards website.

After an initial meeting with the Architectural Committee and/or Board, the second step is to complete the Home Improvement Form and attach all relevant documentation (plans, drawings, photos, neighbor impact statement, etc.). Submit your request to:

Ross Morgan & Company, Inc.
Attn: Jeannie Gasper
23300 Cinema Dr., Suite 280
Valencia, CA   91355

You may also request this form by phone or email.

Please call or email Jeannie at (661) 286-1080 or jeannie@rossmorganco.com

Jeannie will forward the homeowner request to the Architectural Committee for final review.

You will receive a response in less than sixty days.
